Buzzi Unicem’s Special Meeting of Savings Shareholders, which met today in Casale Monferrato, has confirmed Mr. Roberto Lonzar, professional and certified public accountant in Trieste, as common representative for the years 2011-2012-2013. The appointment will expire with the Shareholders’ Meeting for the approval of the financial statements as of December 31, 2013.
