Report on the purchase of treasury shares
Buzzi Unicem SpA announces that during the period from 21 March 2022 through 25 March 2022 it acquired no. 1,077,622 treasury shares for a total consideration of 18,625,328.68 Euro, as authorized by the Ordinary General Meeting on 7 May 2021.
