Report on the purchase of treasury shares
Buzzi Unicem SpA announces that during the period from 28 March 2022 through 30 March 2022 it acquired no. 376,767 treasury shares for a total consideration of 6,197,808.04 Euro, as authorized by the Ordinary General Meeting on 7 May 2021.

Following the above purchases, the Company holds no. 7,494,316 treasury shares as of 30 March 2022, equal to 3.891% of the issued share capital.
