This is to inform that, in relation to the squeeze out procedure of the Dyckerhoff AG’s minority shareholders, RBS RoeverBroennnerSusat GmbH & Co. KG, chartered accountant appointed by the Court of Frankfurt, confirmed the fairness of the cash compensation of €47.16 per each Dyckerhoff’s ordinary and preferred share, as determined and disclosed by Buzzi Unicem on May 10, 2013.
